He was visiting his parents and down for the weekend from Toronto and it turns out, we’ve got a lot in common. We’re fortunate to have a city on the waterfront and having it be accessible is a key factor for the community. Previously, Marina Park was good, although it was showing its age. Kinda like our owner, Jay Kana. Sure, you could launch boats, kayaks, canoes from a functional side. From a beautification viewpoint, it left a lot to be desired. There was a decent framework but it needed to be transformed from bland to grand, and that’s exactly what’s happened.
