Springfield, Mo.-based Big Ranch LLC, led by Michael L. Seitz and Thomas W. Kissee, bought the Splash Car Wash building at 1005 S. Walton Blvd. Big Ranch shares an address with Triple S. Properties Inc., whose president is Seitz. The seller was Little Rock-based Splash Redbud LLC, managed by Drew Holbert.

Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) in Highfill anticipates continued growth in enplanements, potentially reaching a new monthly record in May, as the airport still seeks to detach from the city. Enplanements comprise passengers flying out. On Tuesday (June 3), the XNA Board of Directors rejected a settlement offer from Highfill and rescinded its previous settlement offer after officials thought they’d reached an agreement in March.

Rye, N.Y.-based Timberline Real Estate Ventures, whose founding principal is Andrew Stark, bought the 840-bed Hill Place Apartments at 754 S. Royal Oak Parkway. Timberline Real Estate Ventures is a real estate operator and investment manager that has completed more than $3.5 billion in transactions since 2012.

A 272-unit student housing project near the University of Arkansas is expected to open in August 2027, according to a Monday (June 2) news release. A commercial building permit valued at $97.19 million is pending with the city of Fayetteville. The seven-story, 532,300-square-foot Verve Fayetteville will be built at 707 W. Treadwell St., at the site of 40-unit Summit Terrace and adjacent lots. The property is south of the 228-unit Atmosphere and west of the 96-unit Eco Modern Flats.
