The past couple of months, I’ve been feeling like an old computer that needs its hard drive decluttered and its memory restored. So this week, I slowed it all down. A slower work pace. A slower social calendar. Slower movement (lots of gentle stretching and walks). This week was my final push with work before taking two weeks off. After the 23rd, I’m going off the grid (I think? Maybe I’ll want to post?) until January 6th. I need to go really offline for a bit. Let my brain grow back.
