    NEENAH, Wis. (WBAY) - People in downtown Neenah will now have the option to enjoy alcoholic beverages outside. On Wednesday night, the city council voted to have a designated outdoor refreshment area, also known as a “DORA”. The resolution was passed by a vote of 6 to 3.     CHILTON, Wis. (WBAY) - Governor Tony Evers on Monday, took the time to visit an ice cream shop in Chilton as a way of celebrating June Dairy Month. He’s also learning how that business is benefiting from a dairy processor grant recently awarded. “We feel incredibly honored and privileged that he is willing to come out to our small little operation to see the impact that a grant makes,” Mark Sosa, owner of Scoops Ice Cream House, said.
