Both the Black and Kickapoo River are under a flood watch from Friday to Sunday morning. More rivers and locations may continue to be susceptible to flooding, with multiple rounds of scattered showers and thunderstorms on the way. This begins on Wednesday. Through the morning and afternoon, much of the rain will be north of I-90.
