Police are investigating a reported carjacking that left one person stabbed late Saturday night in Brampton. Emergency crews say they were called to a residential home near Castle Oaks Crossing and Highway 50 just before 10 p.m. Officials say York Region Paramedics responded and transported one person to a trauma centre. One person has died following a collision involving a motorcycle in Brampton late Saturday night. The incident happened at the intersection of Chrysler Drive and Corporation Drive just before 11 p.m. When emergency crews arrived, they found a male motorcyclist suffering from severe head trauma. Peel paramedics say they transported the victim to a local hospital, where they later succumb to their injuries.

Toronto police are investigating after a man in his 20s walked into a hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg late Friday night. Police say they were notified about the incident just before 8:30 p.m.On Saturday, in a post to social media, police revealed the victim sustained “non-life-threatening” injures. At this time, police do not have information about where or when the shooting occurred, but they do note the investigation is ongoing.

Toronto paramedics say a man was rushed to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries late Friday night after being struck by a vehicle on Highway 404. The incident happened shortly at approximately 11:39 p.m. north of Sheppard Avenue, officials wrote in a post to social media. When they arrived on scene, they say the victim, an adult male, was transported in serious, life-threatening condition.
