Suspect Caught on Camera Throwing Cat in Westchester County New YorkIn the video there are 2 individuals and a cat in carrying holder. The security footage from April 22nd, shows one of the suspect throw the cat across the front lawn. SPCA Westchester writes:The cat then runs directly to the front door looking for safety. The other individual in the video picks up the cat, only for the cat to then be violently ripped out of their hands by the suspect.
