    One man was injured Thursday evening in what law enforcement described as a "targeted" shooting that occurred outside the Oxford Valley Mall in Middletown. The unidentified victim was being treated at a hospital for a stab wound in the arm and a single gunshot to the elbow, Middletown Police Chief Joseph Bartorilla said in an update Thursday evening. Police have identified the victim, but his name was not immediately released.
