INDIANAPOLIS - An Indianapolis mother is grieving and looking for justice after her youngest son was shot to death on the near west side. The killing is the second time that the mother has lost a son to gun violence. INDIANAPOLIS - Court records unsealed this week detail how police used technology to help arrest a man for murder following a deadly shooting on Indy's west side. The victim was sitting in the driver's seat of her car, parked right in front of her own home on Lupine Drive, when she was shot to death by another driver. Although it took nine months, the victim's sisters said they're relieved an arrest has finally been made for a crime that was caught on camera.

INDIANAPOLIS - Two men are in jail accused of robbery and felony murder after a shooting on Indy's east side left one man dead and three others wounded. In mid-February, police claim four men showed up to a home on Wallace Avenue planning to commit a robbery. Cameron Clay, 20, allegedly went inside and got into a struggle with the homeowner. During a fight over a gun, the homeowner was shot in the groin before he got control of the weapon and returned fire, killing Clay.

INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis mother is in jail accused of child neglect for the second time. Court records show the suspect was on probation for a deadly case of child neglect when police were called to investigate a new case this week. At an apartment complex along Troy Avenue, an 8-year-old girl called her grandmother crying and saying she’d been left home alone for most of the last two weeks looking after her three younger siblings, including a 4-month-old.
