BROWNSBURG, Ind; - On Friday, 43 felony counts of child molestation, child exploitation and possession of child pornography were filed against a former employee of a daycare in Brownsburg. The suspect, Gabriel Garner, made his initial hearing in Hendricks County on Friday, during which it took the judge almost a half hour to read the lengthy list of charges out loud.

INDIANAPOLIS - The family of a man shot and killed at an apartment complex on Indy's west side is pleading for help solving the case. Police were first called to investigate a car accident in the 2900 block of Rolling Dunes Drive, just after 2 p.m. on May 1. When officers arrived, they found 21-year-old Aundre Johnson shot and slumped over the steering wheel inside his own SUV at the Waterfront Pointe Apartments. Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene.
