According to a press release, 46-year-old Amrik Singh, a native of the country of India, was reportedly found laying in the southbound lanes in the 400 block of Broad Street, also known as Route 11, at around 8:29 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, 2025 in the Dublin area of Pulaski County with a bicycle found nearby.
