The analysis of single-cell transcriptomic data can markedly enhance our understanding of the pathogenic mechanisms underlying HD. Therefore, we used recently accessible single-cell RNA sequencing data [11], which includes two datasets derived from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) of (i) unaffected control individuals and (ii) HD patients (Fig. 2, left panel). These iPSCs were differentiated into neuron cultures enriched with medium spiny neurons, the cell type predominantly impacted in HD.

Chemical composition-induced evolution of the structure, domain and electrical properties of Sm-doped (1 − x)Pb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3–xPbTiO3 As the two typical basic binary solid solutions of the relaxor-PbTiO3 family, Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3 (PMN-PT) has been widely investigated, whereas Pb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3 (PNN-PT) has not.

AbstractExopalaemon carinicauda, a eurythermal and euryhaline shrimp, contributes one third of the total biomass production of polyculture ponds in eastern China and is considered as a potential ideal experimental animal for research on crustaceans. We conducted a high-quality chromosome-level genome assembly of E. carinicauda combining PacBio HiFi and Hi-C sequencing data.

Tannin (TA), as a natural phenolic compound with strong antioxidant activity, has been used as a feed additive for various animals. In this study, we fed a diet containing 800 mg/kg of tannin on Litopenaeus vannamei for 56 days and then subjected to acute ammonia stress for 48 hr to investigate the effect of dietary tannin on the ammonia stress response of L. vannamei through transcriptomic and metabolomic analysis.
