    STAUNTON — Teachers and students of Staunton High School will welcome upgrading a 100-year-old school building for the Staunton School District if a bond issue passes during the 2024 general election. "If voters live in the Staunton School District, it will be on their ballot," said Steve Moore, the district's Educational Services Administrator. "So far people have been pretty receptive."Moore said the administration is cautiously optimistic that the referendum will pass on Nov. 5.
