    Beckley, WV (WOAY) – Raleigh County United for Prevention partnered with American Eagle Outfitters to paint a mural in Sophia to honor area first responders. This mural is to show appreciation for those who are always on the front lines, and it means so much to the community. Sophia is special to mural artist Hannah Hughes-Moore. “I grew up right down the road. I drive by here all the time. I got my first library card like one block that way,” said Hughes-Moore.
