Tuaolo owns 98 Hawaiian Grill at The House. I have DJ Mad Mardigan from The Timberwolves coming and spinning, I'll be performing as well, we're going to have a drag show. The show starts at 4:00 p.m. and goes until 7:00 p.m. It's for all ages, and all are welcome.

    UNDATED (WJON News) -- The drought conditions are improving, but still linger in Minnesota. The weekly update on Thursday from the U.S. Drought Monitor says 62 percent of the state remains abnormally dry, which is an improvement from 66 percent a week ago. Also, 10 percent of the state is still in a moderate drought, down from 17 percent last week. U.S. Drought MonitorThe driest area remains in north central Minnesota.

    UNDATED (WJON News) -- We can expect a few rounds of thunderstorms this week, followed by some very warm days this weekend. The National Weather Service says thunderstorms, some severe, are expected both Thursday night and Friday night as the weekend heat moves in. A few severe thunderstorms are possible Thursday night into Friday morning, primarily north of Interstate 94. Large hail is the primary threat.

    STAPLES (WJON News) -- One person was hurt in a crash involving a trailer and a truck. The Minnesota State Patrol says the incident happened Wednesday at about 8:20 a.m. on Highway 10 in Morrison County. A pickup pulling a trailer was westbound in front of a straight truck. The straight truck tried to pass the pickup and trailer and struck the rear of the trailer, causing both vehicles to go into the ditch.

    SPICER (WJON News) -- Authorities are investigating after a body was found in rural Kandiyohi County. On Tuesday at about 3:30 p.m., the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a body that was located near County Road 10 Northeast, about 1 1/2 miles west of Spicer. There is no known threat to the public, and the case remains under active investigation by the Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office. No further details are available at this time.
