    CROOKSVILLE — A 31-year-old Crooksville man was arrested and jailed Sunday after he allegedly left a box with a hand-written bomb threat in Crooksville Village Park. Joseph C. Fey, Jr., is facing charges of inducing panic and making terroristic threats. According to authorities the cardboard box Fey is accused of leaving in the park contained not a bomb, but a call phone.     NEW LEXINGTON — A 29-year-old New Lexington man was arrested Monday in connection with a fire early Sunday morning at a popular local restaurant, that reportedly has been ruled an arson. Dylan T. Davies was arrested by New Lexington Police after footage from surveillance cameras placed him in the area of Dodson’s on Broadway around the time of the fire, Police Chief Douglas Gill said Tuesday.

    NEW STRAITSVILLE — An historic building in New Straitsville that was scheduled to be torn down has gotten a temporary reprieve, while a regional non-profit scrambles to come up with a plan to save it.
