LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville’s Downtown could see a big shakeup in the form of a entertainment district, encompassing most of Main Street and South Fourth Street. If the idea goes through, the segment of Main Street from Wenzel in the east end of Nulu to 10th Street, as well as the section of Fourth Street from Main to Broadway would allow patrons to carry open containers of alcohol on public right of ways.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Responding to a scene can be stressful for any first responder, and especially for the people they’re helping. Anchorage and Middletown Fire and EMS have started carrying bags on their ambulances to help defuse those stressful situations for kids and adults on the autism spectrum. The department has partnered with Carter Kits, a non-profit that sends sensory bags to police, fire, and EMS departments.
