Recently opened in September 2024, DIMPLE is helmed by a husband-wife duo who took two years to find the location, the new bar is focussed on their connection and love for Hong Kong. DIMPLE is shared with a hotel reception entrance, which unfortunately does distract from the overall atmosphere. However, this does rival with their skilled approach at the bar.
