WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) — A Youngstown firefighter charged with waving a rifle earlier this month at two Warren Township firefighters had an additional charge filed against him Friday in municipal court. Adaris Bellamy, 34, now faces two counts of aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor. The charge was filed as Bellamy appeared Friday for a pretrial hearing on a previous charge of aggravated menacing filed for an April 7 incident at the Warren Township fire station. Bellamy pleaded not guilty.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — A man convicted by a jury of an October shooting death on the East Side was sentenced Thursday in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court to 39 years to life in prison. Andre Bailey, 40, received the sentence from Visiting Judge W.
