By Joe Millitzer ST. LOUIS - We're learning more about where the tornado hit St. Louis Friday. The storm was about 20 miles long and first touched down at around Hanley and Clayton Road. Damage reports continue as the storm crosses Big Bend onto Skinker and Wydown in St. Louis. There are multiple trees down in Forest Park near the Science Center. There are also damage reports on the northern end of Forest Park. The track continues north to Kingshighway to Newstead.

Both buildings have roof damage.

Both buildings have roof damage. The Library and Research Center was hit especially hard, with blown-out windows in the Reading Room. This comes as part of broader recovery efforts across St. Louis.
