    MONROE, La. (KTVE / KARD)–A women accused of taking out a loan in another’s name was in court again Monday, in Ouachita Parish. In March of last year Savannah Belgard was in an agreement to buy a clothing business called C’est la Vie Boutique. Belgard is charged with identity theft after allegedly using the owner’s information to take out a loan of about $12,000. The owner also claims that Belgard took all of the clothes and other assets out of the business in the middle of the night.

Dr. Dana Boockoff, student support services director for Morehouse Parish Schools, was instrumental in bringing about the GUMBO games for special needs students. It’s a national organization a chapter of Move United and it is competitions, track and field competitions for students with disabilities.
