She has dark brown braided hair with red coloring and a nose piercing. Wiley was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, shorts and flip-flops. DELHI, La. (KNOE) - UPDATE: Louisiana State Police have released more information regarding the officer-involved shooting in Delhi. The preliminary investigation revealed that shortly after 10 p.m. on Aug. 11, Delhi police came into contact with 47-year-old Rodrick Edmond. Reports state that Edmond was “operating a vehicle suspiciously” in the police parking lot when officers approached him and advised him to stop. Authorities said Edmond refused and left in the vehicle.

Pathways is a national student success conference held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from July 24 to 26.
