    A 46 year old man has now been charged with murder, attempted murder and aggravated assault in connection to Constable Keith Smith being fatally shot at a property in Tasmania’s North West on Monday. The North Motton man who’s been hospital for treatment of a non life threatening injury had a bedside court sitting and will reappear at a later date. Tasmania Police Commissioner Donna Adams thanked those involved in the ongoing investigation for their dedication and professionalism.
