    A 27-year-old Annapolis man was arrested and charged following a hit-and-run crash involving a Maryland State Police vehicle early Monday on Route 50 in Annapolis. According to the Maryland State Police, the incident occurred shortly after 1:30 a.m. when a trooper from the Annapolis Barrack was working in his unmarked patrol vehicle near Route 450.
