GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – We are waking up to the first snowfall of the season in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Snow and football go so well together. I can vividly recall my time working in a local sports department in 2001, when Dorsey Levens caught a picturesque touchdown pass from Brett Favre in the snow at Lambeau Field.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Welcome to Week 11 of the NFL season. Where does the time go? I’ll admit it: I just started filling out my 2025 calendar. How did we get here so fast? It’s not even Thanksgiving yet, so it’s fair if you tell me to settle down and pump the brakes. But the new year will be here before we know it, and I’d rather be prepared. That includes marking NFL playoff dates and scheduling that Disney on Ice trip with my daughter.

I'm about to get a brand-new roof, but wait, there's more. The unplanned, unbudgeted expense comes after the neighbors hired a tree trimmer. No, the trimmer didn't damage the roof. A gentleman working on the trees observed that our roof had areas so worn they could lead to immediate damage.
