Round 1 of Pennsylvania antlerless deer license sales begin for resident hunters Monday. The state's game commission approved 1,312,000 antlerless deer licenses for the upcoming hunting season, which is an increase of 126,000 from 2024. Changes in allocation numbers vary drastically in wildlife management units across the state due to factors ranging from chronic wasting disease, to hunter efficiency and non-hunter deer complaints.
