A New Hampshire woman and boy died early Friday morning from gunshot wounds in what authorities are investigating as a “possible murder and suicide.”Pembroke police responded to a single-family home at about 1 a.m. after a 911 call. There, they found the caller and located “an adult female and a minor child” who were both suffering from apparent gunshot wounds, according to a release from the state Attorney General’s Office.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Four former housekeepers of Smokey Robinson allege in a lawsuit filed Tuesday that the Motown music luminary repeatedly sexually assaulted and raped them while they worked for him. The suit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court seeks at least $50 million in damages over the alleged assaults, which the women say took place between 2007 and 2024, and labor violations including a hostile work environment, illegally long hours and lack of pay.

A skydiver was taken by a medical helicopter to a trauma center with critical injuries after an incident in southern Maine on Thursday afternoon. First responders were called to Skydive New England in Lebanon just after 2 p.m. for “a male skydiver that had fallen at a high rate of speed from heights of more than 50 feet,” according to Lebanon Fire & EMS.
