AUBURN, Ala. (WBRC/Gray News) - Auburn football head coach Hugh Freeze has been diagnosed with cancer. According to a statement from the university, Freeze was diagnosed with an ‘early form of prostate cancer.’Auburn says the cancer was detected early and Freeze’s doctors have advised that the cancer is very treatable and curable. COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - It may be June, but the Columbus High Blue Devils are still celebrating a wrestling state championship. The team met Saturday afternoon to receive their state championship rings from this past winter. That's when the Blue Devils won their first-ever traditional wrestling state championship. Four Blue Devils were also recognized for their individual state championships. Overall, it was a great moment for these guys to celebrate their accomplishments.
