    FORT DRUM — Officials on Fort Drum observed Memorial Day on Thursday with their annual wreath laying ceremony in Memorial Park. Through the raindrops on Thursday morning commanding general of Fort Drum Maj. Gen. Scott M. Naumann and retired Gen. Stephen Townsend, who also was the guest speaker, laid the wreath at the foot of the 10th Mountain Division Military Mountaineer statue.
