    MASSENA -- The St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce is relaunching an ambassadors program in Massena, welcoming businesses and officials to the community. According to Chamber Director Ben Dixon the ambassadors will also attend grand openings, open houses, groundbreaking ceremonies and marketing events to boost local business.     MASSENA -- What started with a dream and shed has expanded to a full-service bait and tackle shop in the village of Massena. For Shawn Raymo and his sons Aaron and Brian the journey began five years ago after they were unable to find live bait locally for a fishing excursion. "That's when we got the idea to start a shop. We just couldn't find anything we needed, so I figured I would do it myself," Shawn said.
