First responders rescued an unidentified man early Friday evening after he apparently fell into the Loyalhanna Creek in Latrobe. “We got a report of an individual in the water out by Creekside Park [at 4:01 p.m.],” said Latrobe Volunteer Fire Department Chief John Brasile. “It was actually dispatched on Dill Lane, which is the Unity Township side off of Center Drive, but that’s not where he went in … he went in on the walking trail near Lehigh Specialty Melting [Inc.].
