BROOKVILLE — On a sunny Tuesday afternoon at McKinley Field, the Brookville Raiders were searching for a win. Visiting Redbank Valley was looking for a couple key hits. This time around, the edge went to the hosts who got both in a come-from-behind 4-2 win that ended a seven-game losing streak that started after the Raiders won their season-opener.

BROOKVILLE — Grabbing the lead quickly with a four-run first inning, the St. Marys Flying Dutchmen baseball team put the game away with a seven-run top of the six in a 14-4 10-Run Rule win over Brookville at a sunny McKinley Field Thursday afternoon. The Dutch and Raiders were able to work out some scheduling, not wanting to waste a nice weather day on a playable field, so their May 5 game was moved up and gave both teams an open date to perhaps slot in another makeup for that date.
