Saturday April 5th, the Delicious Deviled Egg Contest will take place at the Enterprise Farmers Market from 7am to Noon. There will be prizes for those with the best eggs in categories that include best tasting, most beautiful, and most traditional. Also, happening the 5th is the first Walking tour for the month of april.

Wiregrass (WDHN) – Severe weather rolling through the Wiregrass Wednesday morning knocking out power for multiple people. Alabama Power is reporting about 15 people across Coffee, Geneva, Dale, and Houston Counties without power. When power might be restored for customers is estimated to be at 2:30am. However, those estimated times of repair could fluctuate due to the storm. Alabama Powers is also reporting about 300 people in total impacted by these power outages.

Video above: Traffic backed up on Columbia HighwayWEBB, Ala (WDHN) — Traffic on Columbia Highway is stalled after a two-vehicle crash Friday morning. According to one of the men involved in the crash, he was driving a grey truck carrying an air stream driving west on Highway 52 when he saw a white car drift into his lane. The man tells WDHN he tried to avoid the white car by slowing down and pulling onto the shoulder of the road, but the white car slammed into the front of his truck.

Dale County Coroner John Cawley identified the victim to WDHN as 61-year-old Susan Hutcheson. Hutcheson was in a single vehicle crash Monday, January 6th, when she left the roadway and struck a tree.

(WDHN)- A deadly crash has claimed the life of one woman in Dale County. Dale County Coroner John Cawley identified the victim to WDHN as 61-year-old Susan Hutcheson. Hutcheson was in a single vehicle crash Monday, January 6th, when she left the roadway and struck a tree. The crash happened on Lees Bridge Road near Pinckard. Dothan, AL (WDHN) – A historic church in downtown Abbeville was destroyed in an early morning blaze. “People are rightfully hurting. It’s a sad thing when you see a building that you’ve loved, that god’s done so much work in. People’s lives have been changed here; weddings have been celebrated, and people have mourned at funerals. All those things have happened. So yeah, people are rightfully hurting,” said Rickey Sowell, Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church in Abbeville.
