    A Louisville Metro Police officer who, alongside his wife, was accused of sexual misconduct at a pool party at their home in 2020 has been suspended for 15 days, according to an internal discipline document obtained by The Courier Journal under Kentucky's open records law. In a lawsuit filed last year, Sgt. Lauren Carby alleged Lt. Jeff Lauder prepositioned her for sex at the party with the encouragement of his wife, Maj.
