In a filing for a restraining order against Glenna Bevin, Jonah Bevin is seeking more info about the African woman his adoptive parents later told him is his biological mother. Jonah's adoptive parents, Glenna and ex-Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin, offered for him to fly to Ethiopia to meet the woman in February. But he backed out over concerns about who would be there.

House Bill 2, approved last month by the Kentucky legislature, ends taxes on gold and silver sales and allows buyers to seek refunds for taxes paid since last August. A lawsuit was filed against Gov. Andy Beshear by a gold and silver dealer along with three Kentucky residents who paid taxes on "bullion currency" purchases last month.

Pamela Stevenson, the Kentucky Democratic Party's House floor leader in Frankfort, has released the first ad in her U.S. Senate 2026 bid. Stevenson is running to replace longtime U.S. Sen.
