Dauphin County Coroner Graham Hetrick has used his office to call out cultural problems leading to violence and chronic health conditions. He recently referred to drug overdoses as a slow form of suicide and railed against mask and vaccine mandates during the COVID pandemic. But at a community forum Wednesday night, he said he draws the line at calling out problems at Dauphin County Prison when their bodies arrive at his office.
