LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – A crowd of frustrated “MrBeast” fans gathered on Tuesday in Las Vegas to speak to the Resorts World Las Vegas CEO Alex Dixon. The group was demanding refunds for a three-day experience from April 13-15, in partnership with the popular Youtuber and entrepreneur also known as Jimmy Donaldson, that cost attendees approximately $1,000. The deal, which was advertised as “immersive” and “unforgettable” has now been taken off the hotel’s website.

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – A blue-nosed pit bull named Cole who was left for dead last month after being dumped near a gutter on the historic west side has turned a corner. In March, Cole’s skin was inflamed and blistered, his feet raw and swollen he was taken to a local animal hospital for treatment. Nearly a month later, 8 News Now checked up on Cole, who made it out of Horizon Ridge Animal Hospital alive, with his appetite back, and his skin healing from mange, Cole is now in a foster home.

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – A crash involving a pedestrian and a vehicle shut down all lanes of traffic in the central Las Vegas valley on Friday. It occurred shortly after 8 p.m. along Charleston Boulevard after 14th Street. Following the crash the pedestrian was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to Las Vegas Metro police. All eastbound and westbound lanes on Charleston Boulevard between 13th and 14th street were closed, according to RTC of Southern Nevada.
