Chef Dipna Anand has revealed further details of her upcoming restaurant, Brilliant Gastro by Dipna Anand, which is due to open later this month. Travel food caterer SSP Group has signed a 10-year partnership with Bournemouth Airport starting from this month. The deal forms part of the airport’s ongoing £60m renovation, which will upgrade two existing F&B outlets under SSP over the next 12 months, as well as adding 16 new routes with Jet2holidays. The 24-room boutique hotel in Scotland had been owned by the Clark family for seven generations but fell into administration last month due to cash flow issues, leaving 60 jobs at risk.
