The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office has confirmed a police incident is underway involving a person barricaded in a vehicle in West Rockhill. DA spokesman Manuel Gamiz said it was not confirmed as an active shooter situation. He also did not have a location for the police activity. The incident is being handled by Pennridge Regional Police.
