    The long hoped for revitalization of the Oxford Valley Mall could be one step closer as the first phase of construction for the neighboring Atlee Square luxury apartments is complete. The four-story building includes 391 units with nine different layout options for the apartments.

    More development could be coming to Richland Township after supervisors voted to rezone approximately 140 acres of open space along West Paletown Road. The 115 parcels immediately to the east of Old Bethlehem Pike are being rezoned from Rural Agricultural to Suburban Residential Low, paving the way for a future low-density residential development similar to what's happened in the neighboring Twin Lakes subdivision, which is also being rezoned.
