1. IntroductionLithium-ion batteries have the advantages of high operating voltage, high energy density, long cycle life, no memory effect, and environmental friendliness. They have been widely used in portable electronic devices such as mobile phones and notebook computers, and are gradually expanding into the fields of electric vehicles and large battery energy storage.

In practical engineering applications, the dynamic behaviors of some real plants are subject to various uncertainties [1], including external disturbances, parameter perturbations, unmodeled dynamics, and so forth. Over the last decades, in order to address the adverse effects of uncertainty on the controlled system, many research scholars have made great efforts in the control design for a class of nonlinear systems with unknown uncertainties.
