    The Charleston Gaillard Center has reached a significant milestone since the local nonprofit's big renovation wrapped in 2015. A decade ago, it opened as a fresh new nonprofit at a fresh new location in downtown Charleston.     WEST ASHLEY — One of Charleston's most famous residents made an appearance at a local recording studio. Bill Murray recorded a voiceover at 100 Watt Studios, owned by members of local rock band Acid Hawk made up of vocalist and guitarist Scott Gould and drummer and audio engineer Devin Vaughan. Vaughan said Gould's sister-in-law is good friends with the famous comedian, actor and RiverDogs co-owner, part of why he felt comfortable coming to record at 100 Watt in West Ashley.
