    KELSO Wash. (KPTV) - Mall-goers were left uneasy after learning a teen planned an explosive attack and mass shooting at the Three Rivers Mall in Kelso. The FBI stopped the plan, and according to investigators, the teenage boy was planning the attack at the mall, and they believe there were several indicators with no doubt in their mind that he intended to bring those plans to fruition.

Mico and two other students had been driving home from a hike in Washington when they were hit by a man suspected of driving under the influence on State Route 14.
