If you’ve ever fancied a freshly cut and grilled steak at midnight on a Tuesday, Butchers Diner is one to add to your late-night list. The Bourke Street haunt once served up a full menu 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but it is now only open until 1am, Tuesday–Saturday. Despite it closing a lot earlier (or simply, at all), it is still one of our favourite late-night restaurants in the CBD.
