Lisa Ann (Whiteside) Hensel, 67, of Park Rapids, MN, passed away Sunday, June 15, 2025, in her sleep at her residence. Lisa was diagnosed with dementia in the spring of 2021. She became permanent resident of The Cottages at Heritage Manor in Park Rapids, MN, in October, 2021. Lisa was born on July 3, 1957, in Peoria, IL, to Fred and Claralene (Iles) Whiteside. As a child, Lisa would travel to Park Rapids, MN, to visit her grandparents, William and Ada Mae Iles at their lakeside resort, Birch Harbor.

Gary Dale Evers was born 20 March, 1945 to Percy and Anna (Quiring) Evers in Comfrey, MN. He grew up there on the family farm until August 1958 when the family moved to Browerville, MN. He graduated from Browerville High School in 1964 where he also participated in Varsity football and basketball. While attending Wadena Technical School for Auto Mechanics his roommate, Tom Vokes of Nevis, invited him home for deer season.

Georgia Ann Nunn, of Yucca Valley, California, peacefully passed away in her home on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at 9:30 PM. Early Life and EducationBorn and raised in Park Rapids, Minnesota, Georgia graduated from Park Rapids High School, where she embarked on a lifelong journey of faith, love, and service. While working at Super Values, she met the love of her life, Peter Nunn.

Age 83, of Moorhead, MN (formerly of Duluth, MN) passed away on June 2, 2025. Duane was one of seven children born to C.Lloyd and Evelyn Fike. He graduated from Moorhead High School and he proudly served in the Air Force and the Air Force Reserves from 1960 until 1966. In October 1962, he married Carol (Warner) Fike in Sisseton, SD. Duane worked for over 35 years at Northwestern Bell, later US West.

Agatha Schaffer was born in 1934 to Baltzer B and Katherine (Wangler) Weigel in Napoleon, ND. She passed away peacefully with Family by her side on June 23, 2025 at Essentia Health Oak Crossing in Detroit Lakes, MN at the age of 91. As a young girl she lived the farm life with her 6 siblings and learned to speak English when she went to first grade. Agatha met her life partner Herman Schaffer at a dance in Napoleon and were married in 1954. Together they made their home in Edgeley, ND for 44 years.
