SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) – Our Friday is not looking too much better than our Thursday. The damp, raw, chill feeling in the air sticks around including pesky rain showers. Keep your umbrellas handy Friday, as scattered rain and higher terrain snow showers continue. It remains cool not only in Syracuse but across Central New York. Later Friday night into Saturday we are watching a new wave of low pressure moves into the Northeast. Does it impact us?

Find out below…After a quiet and cold and frosty start to Wednesday, temperatures are expected to rebound out of the 20s and into the 40s to low 50s during the day. SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) – Even though we’re feeling the chill, enjoy the sunshine Tuesday before the rainy weather returns the second half of the week. Details below…The 70s sure did feel great for the couple hours we had it Monday. Now, we’re cooling it back down to the 30s to low 40s to kick off April. We wish this was an April Fool’s Day joke, but the wind chills will make it feel like the 20s and low 30s much of the day.
