Perth and Kinross Council (PKC) this week alerted car park users to the scam and shared a photo of a PKC parking machine displaying a QR code claiming to be for the RingGo website. The warning came after an eagle-eyed parking attendant spotted the QR code stuck to a machine at PKC's Leonard Street car park in Perth.
