JONESBORO — Preparation for the upcoming school elections amid the appointment of a new member of the Craighead County Election Commission has exposed a bit of tension over how directly the commission should be involved in the process. JONESBORO — A federal grand jury in Jonesboro has indicted a Paragould man on a charge of cyberstalking. The indictment against Paul Hutcheson, 37, also includes a second charge of interstate communication with threat to injure. The charges were made public Wednesday following his arrest. The case stems from reports of threats made to an employee of a Paragould business that had leased some cellphones to Hutcheson.
