Does anyone want a piece of the historic Brill Building? Mack Real Estate is putting up the 31,000-square-foot retail condo portion of the property near Times Square for sale, according to sources familiar with the matter. The retail property is 100 percent leased with CVS as its anchor tenant. It features a perk in the form of eight signs wrapped around the building’s facade with a licensing agreement from Clear Channel.

Nir Meir is out of Rikers yet again. The former HFZ Capital Group exec charged with spearheading an $86 million fraud scheme has posted bail and will hunker down in an undisclosed New York City apartment. Meir posted the $1 million bond on Friday through a bail bondsman. The hearing was quick and to the point. The bondman said a property worth $1.7 million with a $400,000 mortgage was pledged as collateral, according to a transcript of the proceedings.

David Bistricer’s Clipper Equity sold an 83-unit apartment building with rent-stabilized units in Lincoln Square for $45.5 million, a sharp discount from its previous purchase price. Clipper Equity sold the property at 10 West 65th Street to a private family, according to a release. Bistricer’s firm had purchased the building for $79 million in 2017 from Touro College. The deal included 53,000 square feet of air rights. Since then, the property’s value has seen a sharp decline over the past decade.

Fresh off a debt restructuring with Rialto, the Chetrits have landed a new members-only club for their Soho office building. Chetrit Organization has inked a 19,000-square-foot lease with Lightning Society to bring the cast iron building at 427 Broadway to nearly 100 percent occupancy, according to a release. “We anticipate their presence will activate and shape a new chapter of cultural lifein Soho,” said Michael Chetrit of the Chetrit Organization in a statement.

Nir Meir could soon be freed once again from Rikers as the mystery of his most recent incarceration begins to unravel. Following an order to return to jail, Manhattan Judge Ann Thompson brought back Meir’s bond to $1 million on June 9.
