LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Since last year's Las Vegas Grand Prix, we have shared stories about businesses that were impacted by streets altered for the race track. Ellis Island Hotel and Casino on Koval Lane is one of them, and now they are taking legal action because of the losses. "I lost, I talked to my bookkeeper, about $200,000 to $300,000," said Jimmy Singh. He owns a gift shop on Koval Lane, which is part of the Las Vegas Grand Prix race track.

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Beverly Theater is branching out and launching a movie distribution company called Ink Films. On Friday, theater officials said film consultant Mike Plante as Head of Distribution for the company. LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Seven Clark County businesses off Tropicana and Pecos have been forced to temporarily shut down after an electrical panel at the strip mall caught fire Saturday afternoon. Several shop owners tell channel 13 they believe homeless people may have started the fire that caused the damage. Several of the businesses have been without all or partial power since the weekend, with no answers so far on how long it will take to be repaired.

HENDERSON (KTNV) — More allegations of mistreatment and abuse at a Henderson daycare are coming out after Channel 13 reported on security video from DJ's Christian Daycare. Former clients and employees of the establishment have since come forward with their stories. Parents Kayla Zomerdyk and Nashawn Royal gave Channel 13 the security video on Monday, showing their three-year-old daughter being grabbed by her arms and pulled to an area off camera while she was at DJ's Daycare on Friday.
