(WJAR) — Eight new puppies recently found shelter at Forever Paws in Fall River. They were brought into the shelter last Friday after being found in unsafe conditions in New Bedford. "Their paws had scars, and they had urine scolding on the bottom of the paws, which is the way the conditions of the car was," said Emanuel Maciel, director of animal control for New Bedford.
